Privacy Policy for Visura Face AI
Last Updated: June 20, 2026
This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Visura Face AI ("we," "our," or "the Application") collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the Service. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
1. Collection and Use of Face Data
Our Application values your privacy and handles all media files with the highest security standards.
What Face Data Does the App Collect? The Application does not collect, harvest, or store users' facial biometric data. The Service strictly requires the User to upload an image containing a face solely to execute the "Face Swap" functionality. The uploaded image does not necessarily need to be the User's own face and can be any generic image provided by the User.
How Does the App Use the Data? Since we do not collect or harvest facial data, there is no permanent usage or secondary analysis of such data. The uploaded image is processed strictly to deliver the core function of the Application, which is the AI-powered Face Swap transformation.
Third-Party Sharing and Storage Location: We do not sell, trade, or share facial data with any third parties. All uploaded images are processed securely within temporary sessions.
Data Retention Policy (Zero-Storage Policy): We implement a strict zero-storage privacy model. All image processing and face swapping are executed instantly and temporarily within our server's short-term volatile memory. No image files, target pictures, or facial data are ever written, saved, or permanently stored on our server's physical storage or cloud hard drives. All media data is completely and permanently wiped from our system the exact moment the final processed image is delivered back to your device.
2. Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you utilize our Service, in the event of an unexpected error or crash within the Application, we collect data and diagnostic information via third-party integration tools on your device, known as Log Data.
This Log Data may include, but is not limited to:
Your device's Internet Protocol ("IP") address.
Device name and manufacturer.
Operating system version.
The specific configuration of the Application at the time of the error.
The time, date, and duration of your usage of the Service, along with other statistical metrics.
3. Cookies
Cookies are small files containing a minor amount of data that are commonly utilized as anonymous unique identifiers. These are transmitted to your browser from the platforms you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory storage.
This Service does not explicitly deploy "cookies." However, the Application may integrate third-party software development kits (SDKs) and libraries that utilize cookies to collect usage analytics and optimize their operational services. You retain the absolute right to either accept or refuse these cookies via your system settings. Please note that refusing cookies may restrict your access to certain segments of this Service.

However, please be advised that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of digital electronic storage, is 100% secure and infallible.
