1. Photo Library Access & On-Device Processing (Zero-Cloud Storage)

Our Application provides photo cleaning, organization, and gallery management features. To deliver this service, the Application requests permission to access your device's photo library.

• On-Device Execution: All photo indexing, thumbnail generation, swipe actions, favorites tagging, and deletion requests are executed 100% locally on your device.

• Zero-Server / Zero-Cloud Storage: We do NOT upload, transfer, host, collect, or store your photos, videos, metadata, or camera roll contents on any external server or cloud service.

• User-Controlled Deletion: The Application will never delete any media without your direct action. Final deletion requires confirmation through the native iOS system dialog, and deleted photos remain in your device's "Recently Deleted" album according to standard iOS retention rules.

2. Advertising & Third-Party SDKs (Google AdMob)

The Application uses Google AdMob to display advertisements for non-premium users. Third-party advertising vendors, including Google, may collect and process certain non-personally identifiable data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads, prevent ad fraud, and track ad performance.

This collected technical data may include:

• Device identifiers (e.g., Apple Advertising Identifier / IDFA, Google Advertising ID).

• IP address and coarse location data.

• Device model, manufacturer, and operating system version.

• Ad interaction metrics (views, clicks).

3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions (Apple StoreKit)

We offer auto-renewing subscriptions and in-app purchases processed exclusively through Apple's In-App Purchase system (StoreKit).

We do NOT collect, process, or store your credit card numbers, billing addresses, or banking details. All financial transactions are managed and secured entirely by Apple Inc. in accordance with Apple's Privacy Policy.

4. Diagnostic and Crash Data

In the event of an unexpected crash or system error, anonymized crash reports and diagnostic metrics may be collected to help us identify bugs and improve app stability. This data does not contain any of your personal media or identifiable information.

5. Children's Privacy

Our Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
